For over a hundred years, church cookbooks have been a popular way of raising funds for building projects and missions. Families shared their best recipes and potluck favorites. We now have these amazing time capsules that capture regional favorites, common ingredients of a time period, and a unique peek at the food churches shared in times of fellowship. Our Methodist Table has taken some of these old recipes and tried them out in a modern kitchen.
