How can the sin of racism impact local congregations? This two-week course is for clergy and lay members in leadership roles who are searching for systemic and strategic ways to address issues concerning this vital topic. Participants will develop an individual step-by-step process to prepare for tackling racial issues that take place in society and may cause tension and division within the membership. Even if discussions about race and antiracism are a challenge in your community or congregation, the provided framework can be a tool to facilitate transformational conversations, while building a network of support with leaders across the country and without causing drastic changes to the day-to-day operations of church programming.
